    The soundbar was connected to the TV only and the geek Squad tech could not hook it up to the Sonos App???

    Third party installer showed up a hour and a half late. I have to unplug and plug back in the soundbar each time in order for it to work. While watching programs T.V. Turns off by itself. Very frustrating.

    Would not do it again. I called and made the request of what I wanted to accomplish turning it completely over to your in house program. After over 3 months I had to settle for a system I was not thrilled with. I understand the Covid issue became part of delay but that does not change the fact that I spent much more than I intended and did not achieve my goal. I will say that the Geek Squad installers were wonderful and were trying very hard.

    Arrived at my home for the set up. It was obvious that they. We’re in a big hurry to leave. Set up the system and told me to play with the app and it should be fine

    I am very disappointed in the service I have received. I went into the store at the end of March and spent nearly 3500.00 on a sound system- I have had 5 visits from geek squad, spent extra $$ to get things here before the scheduled install and it looks like it may not be resolved until end of May. I have had to reorder products that were wrong.... I travel and since they have not been able to get things done as promised- I have to keep rescheduling. Today they sent one man out for 2-man job so I am rescheduled for May 24. Which means it will be at least 10 weeks before this is resolved. The guys that come out are very polite and are doing their best - but there is NO coordination. I would never use Best buy again for this kind of work.

    Agent was here for 9 hours and I still had to call the BOSE representative to complete the action.

    Inaccurate diagnosis of our problem.

    First of all, Our problem was not installing a sound bar, it was our appleTV connection. The very nice techs, told us our AppleTV advise was not working, that they can’t be repaired & we needed a new one. We spent $150.00 on a new one. Our daughter took the old one thinking it wasn’t dead. She installed it on her TV. We didn’t need a new one! We are unhappy!

    Bad, as a customer, be prepared to wait a very long time for service or installation. Also, my tech put my sound bar where he wanted to put it even though I ask him to move it just a little to the left about 10inches and up about 2inches. I am disabled and can not remount it by myself. Please come back and do it right please. Jeff

    The set up of Bose sound bar could not be completely done at the time of service. It was hooked up to new TV (which he installed); however, we could not integrate with DISH remote. That meant using two remotes: one for on/off and the other for all other functions. However satisfied with all other aspects of set up.

    This ended up being too complicated for the techs. Eventually most things got hooked up, however the wires were installed in such a way that the tv stand was not sitting correctly, and we had to reroute the wires properly to fix that. Also the earphones were not hooked up at all, which we eventually fixed ourselves,

    The agents mounted a bent sound bar. Not a big deal. So far we've had 3 separate appointments which make you stay home a least half a day and still no soundbar. the first one came and realized he needed another set of hands. the second came just to deliver with no tools, the third came with a severely damaged soundbar. We haven't had the fourth effort yet but so far I've canceled a golf outing an ac trip and still no sound bar. They also damaged my screen door in early sept. and have yet failed to reimburse me for the new one. Getting in touch with their insurance agent is a 10 calls no response situation.

    INSTALLATION OF SONOS ARC SOUNDBAR

    The Geek Squad representative who delivered the Arc sound bar spent about an hour chatting with Sonos technical support to sync the soundbar with our iPhones. We thought the installation would be much easier.

    Two Techs the first visit then one on the second. The sound bar still does not work correctly. When I attempt to use it the TV turns OFF.

    I bought this soundbar and couldn't put it together and I returned it to best buy and got a new one and ask for install and there problem still 0ersisted,i had to call LG customer service and get the issue handles myself, then my soundbar was working fine

    It was recommended that we continue to use our sound bar to supplement the speakers in our new 65" tv. However, it does not automatically come on when we turn on the tv, so I have to get up and push the nearly invisible button to get the soundbar on to Aux.

    Yes for a time. The device is up to its old tricks. I can longer access the device. A free return visit to fix the problem would be appreciated.
