    Technician made excuses for why certain pieces of equipment did not work or why he couldn't hook it up and even went so far as to forget to hook up the bass box for the speaker. To date it's not been hooked up yet. I'm very unhappy with his professionalism and the fact he was incapable of doing the job correctly.

    They did not help with anything and i had to go two weeks without it working before someone would replace my soundbar. Guys were ok but offered nothing. Best buy has the worst support of all time you guys should be ashamed with how you help customers.

    I recently bought TV and sound bar from Best Buy and Geek Squad install. Had problems with sound bar GS serviced X2 on third visit determined sound bar was defective. Purchased more expensive SB after about 1month could get no sound from TV or SB called GS got the run around about item had to be a certain weight for GS to come service went to BB got lip service only. This is a long story but the bottom line is you have lost my business and I will tell everybody I know about how I was treated.

    Professional but not careful. Damaged med cabinet on other side of wall, plus wall damage. Didn't know how to program sound bar with TV. Second agent also program sound bar. But system keeps failing and unable to work properly.

    No matter what others say, setting up a universal remote can be a pain in the neck for fat thumbed, easily frustrated people such as I. Geek Squad made it look easy and spared me a lot of grief. Many thanks.

    I have Total Connect, soubdbar was originally sched for install 1/7/23. I received a text appt was changed to 1/11/23, scheduled between 11 and 2pm. By 3:30, nobody showed up, i called and was told they are running behind but will be here soon and tech would call within 20 minutes. Nobody showed and i called again at 6:30. I wss told tech running late but was promised they would call me on their way and be here by 8pm. Again NOBODY SHOWED AND NOBODY CALLED ME ALL DAY! I am very disappointed and upset that I was not given the courtesy of a phone call. I will not recommend Total Tech to anyone, as their "service: is totally unacceptable.

    Jason and Kent installed and mounted tv’s but did not want to install wire covers. After I questioned them they decided to finish the job. I also purchased a surge protector, Jason threw away my surge protector box, receipt and warranty. I had to climb in my garbage dumpster in my complex to retrieve these important items. Throw away what you bring.

    Sound bar drops off and you have to go into menu and turn it back on not what i expected for over 600.00

    Geek squad installed my Bose headphones

    The Bose noise cancelling headphones work fine for regular TV. HOWEVER, they did not set up my earphones to work with Netfkix or Prime Video. What's the use of paying for GEEKSQUAD if they don't do anything for everything you watch and use my Bose Cancelling Noise earphones. Very frustrated. Also TV will not urned off the way he set it up in my bedroom. I try and I try and it takes forever to turn off tv with remote and sound bar remote Gotta get the same guy out here to fix his mistakes. I better not be charged for his mistakes. Also, TV we purchased has a glitch in the picture. A thick vertical line runs down the middle of the picture about every 10 minutes and obstructs the view. Gotta call manager to see if they can replace it . We just spent a lot of money to purchase a lot of items from best buy and have Geek squad install it. Very displeased and frustrated. I'll be calling manager and geek squad today.

    Although the contract company arrived within the time window....They were not very professional, helpful or representative of normal BEST BUY contractors. They took off my old sound bar from the wall and mounted the new one before handing the TV. Once the TV was mounted, the sound bar was not centered so they had to now move it leaving a big hole in the wall from their original mounting??? Once everything was "set up" it was almost a bother for the contractor to go through the features (which we only did the minimum basics) and told me to use my FIOS remote just like with my old TV....NOT THE CASE! I am sorry I tipped both of them and WILL NOT EVER LET THEM INSTALL ANYTHING IN MY OUSE AGAIN! RATING F MINUS
