    Installation and set up was done correctly. But installer managed to break front access door. That AVR had to be replace.

    Geek squad installed system but didn’t show us how to use the system. Wouldn’t recommend geek squad to anyone.

    They never showed up, didn't call, even after personally reaching 6 times during the day, the Geek Squad was unable to provide me with any updates or whereabouts of my installation.

    I paid in advance for installation of the soundbar. when the Geek Squad technician came out to mount my TV above the fireplace, the soundbar did not need to be mounted as it sits on the mantle perfectly. However, I have been unable to get the $49.99 charge credited back to my account. The technician was great, but make sure you don't pay for services in advance that you might not need as they don't want to apply a refund!

    They did not complete the install did not hook up DVD player they were to adjust the sound with the microphone that came with receiver did not do that I came back to store talked to them told them I wasn't happy they told me someone would contact me to.come and finish no-one has ever got hold of me I paid 189.00 and never got full service

    Nothing was done of any consequence. I ask for for a partial return of the 320 dollars but denied. I was really disappointed

    I do not know a word for less than basic. To connect audio to surround sound in one room! Takes about an hour. Lie again, did not connect components to audio. Wanted more money (marketing) to buy the anything happens we will fix for malarkey was more important than hooking up components. Total rip OFF!!!

    Purchased 12-14-22 with scheduled install date of 12-19-22. Delivery and installation has been rescheduled since 12-19-22 multiple times,it is still undelivered and installed andis rescheduled for delivery/install on 01-01-23.

    Don’t sign up for the Geek squad tech support they try to sell you at the store. Terrible customer service outsourced to India. Not worth it. Don’t waste your money. I’ve been trying to cancel the service for the past two days. They keep telling me that I should be receiving an email confirmation for the cancellation but so far I haven’t received one.

    TV was delivered, plugged in and connected to cable. No help in use. Hours spent connecting to Wi-Fi and Google account. Still trying to learn how to access web-sites I was told would be available. No instruction book. Internet help difficult to reach. Long wait for return visit to connect existing surround system, only to be told it was incompatible with new TV without additional new cables.

    Failed to show up two (2) times without calling. As a result, I had to take three (3) days off of work instead of one (1). I blame Best Buy, not the Geek Squad.

    Remote doesn't work all the time

That said, I can understand why it would be frustrating to have someone come out only to learn you don't have the remote needed for set up. We'd be more than happy to point you in the right direction for a remote that will meet your needs, so we can schedule for someone to come back out. I recommend working with your local store to find the right remote for you, or calling 1 (888) BEST-BUY or 1 (888) 237-8289 for one of our sales reps to help you out.     I was only asking for help to get an existing sound bar purchased at Best Buy, still under warranty, reconnected. Not a new set up. Two guys spent three minutes. I paid $79. This happened after my phone help was limited to unplug and replug device in.
