Con Job

Tossed the remote and said "There you go" and left without sorting the wires, programming the tv or setting up anything we PAID these con men to do! Been a Best Buy customer a long time... not sure anymore...

Geek Squad never did show up with a sound bar

Audio hookup for TV

Date was cancelled at the last minute,was rescheduled for three weeks later without my approval,and was offered 100 dollars off for the inconvience,person doing that was reading off a script. DONT USE THIS SERVICE unless you want a major headache from unreliable people

Soundbar disappointment

We reported immediately Best Buy came back out two or three weeks later staged it could not be fixed and they would not replace it. Total waste of money after spending almost 5,000 on a tv and sound bar

here to set up remote and rear speakers

He was here for over 90 min and left.I am no better off now then when he came. A waste of money. Agents should be trained on each product. The rear speakers were getting very little sound and the agent had no idea how to correct the problem. Very disappointed.

Don't bother paying for set up

The tech plugged it in but couldn't get it to work with Alexa. After he left I had to redo the entire set up to get all the components to work together. I still can't get the speakers to play from Alexa through the receiver.

Geek squad didn’t do anything

They didn’t check the wiring on the speakers as I had hoped. They told me to keep an eye on it, and they walked out. Yet im charged 107 dollars still.

Not pleased with the system… Geek Squad OK!

$130+ down the drain!

They sold me headphones, $90. A Geek squad appointment was made for $130. The squad tech came, first time, surveyed my TV etc. He said I needed to buy a analog-digital converter, $30. His second visit was a bust. My TV does not allow for ANY audio output! FLUSH MONEY.

I’m sorry that your audio setup didn’t work out for you. Sometimes there is a technical incompatibility which can cause something like this not to work right. We understand that, and that’s why under our Return & Exchange Promise you would have 15 days to bring back the products that didn’t work for you to your local Best Buy store for a refund or exchange. That time period is extended to 30 and 45 days for our Elite and Elite Plus members, respectively, as well.

Not happy with Mas Tec

The surround sound wiring was wrong and the subwoofer didn’t work. Recalled Geek squad and Two techs from Dynamic Home Theater came 2 weeks later and hooked it up the correct way. The way it was hooked up by mastec could have blown some speakers.
