    The volume on my sound bar is very low you advance the bar to 100 dose not get loud, the volume on the tv is louder than my 800.00 sound bar. I want that corrected. The volume was fine on the tv I replaced 65 inch tv Sony.

    They didn’t run the wires through the wall for soundbar as I was told when I setup the appointment.

    Had them set up TV receiver and harmony remote. TV consistently comes on by itself. Middle of the night!. Trying to get them back out to look at it again has been a nightmare. Finally got a return visit appointment for two weeks from now! So not happy

    This one was a complete problem it was a misunderstanding they didn’t hook up my speakers in the right way they didn’t hook up my amplifier in the right way they asked for more money I did it myself

    I was initially sold the wrong product. Your representative said he was to go to office and call but did not. Product sold to me is inferior to the product it replaced. Rear speakers are smaller than front speakers and can barely hear anything out of them if at all. I am very unhappy with the product.

    On second appointment sound bar was connected but cable tv connection no longer works. Had to schedule a third appointment which is yet to occur.

    I dont feel good about this. The speaker had unhooked and I didnt know where to hook it back. So I paid all that money just to have Geek Squad come home, grab a wire and put it where it goes. Im not happy about this

    These guys from geek squad did it a bad work.waste of money! I should get my money back cause I did it myself after everything was a mess and none of the remotes work well because of the setup.

    Having lot of issues with Bose sound bar, there is lip syncing problem, sometimes it just stops working so no audio and sometimes it turns off tv

    I would not recommend. They put holes in my wall. I was told they would open a claim, but no one ever contacted me. I had to pay a contractor $100 to fix.
