    They never showed up. Scheduled 3 weeks out and canceled several times. Combination of delivery problems and inventory problems with not having staff available. Do not buy anything from bestbuy. Stay away they waste your time

    Installer hooked it up wrong. Had to call for assistance and rep came out and fixed at a latter date. Works fine now.

    They were a no show. No calls. Just contual text message that would arrive at 10:30AM. Even call center in tulsa could not reach the guy. Management could care less

    Geek squad sent third party to my house they have not done any work themselves I am having technical problems and again they sent third party geek squad is garbage

    The sound bar keeps coming disconnected.

    The Samsung TV and the Samsung sound bar do not stay connected so that we lose the sound every time we turned them off. Very unhappy! We purposely had the Geek Squad install the equipment so there would not be this kind of problem.

    Still not able to sync the TV with the soundbar...going up makes it worse and not able to go less than 0 to get it correct...this all should have been done when the TV and Soundbar was installed

    Waited in three days from work and the install never happened! First day they thought the work was complete. It wasn't even started. The second day the tech actually came, but didn't have the equipment he needed. The third day no one even came.

    I bought bought this receiver and payed geek squad to come install it and mount my speakers and all he did was hooked up 2 wires and talked about how hard it's going to be to mount the speakers did not even explain nothing his name was Anthony very poor service.

    Geek squad installed my tv, sound bar

    Very disappointed tv, and sound bar were installed in a hurry technicians didn’t take the time to walk me through the setup, had a second technician come back but that technician was in a bigger rush soooo frustrating.

    Is not working properly the goes on and off the sound the installer came twice to correct the problem but still the problem continues on and off

    They did a good job a connecting everything to the right HDMI. But the cable management was not don’t good at all. One of the reasons I wanted them to do it. Was so they could organize everything up nicely. Anyone can just plug in a hdmi.

    Everytime they come back it seems I need another part. So far i just keep paying out money and still don't have audio coming out of all my speakers. Ready to return all equipment if nothing is resolved.
