My remotes do not sync with all functions on the tv

sytem doses not work for tv, only dvd player they did not hook up tv

had to great someone else to reinstall the hook up

Staff knowledgeable to do it right the first time and teach you

Judging with the tv install, I would not recommend this at all

This TV delivers the crispiest, clearest picture i have seen.

Installer did a great and thoroughly clean job, even though it was the first time he put this model together. Within a few min. He had me educated on how to adjust the sounds. A nice and courteous young man. Thank you.

I had two members from the Geek Squad (Will and whoops, just forgot second person's name, but am horrible at remembering) visit today. The original task was to install a Vizio soundbar. When I went into greater detail about why I wanted to change my existing home theater set-up over to a soundbar, Will recommended that we not give up on the existing configuration in conjunction with a Harmony Universal Remote. I figured it was worth a shot, so agreed to the approach. After almost 4 long and grueling hours, overcoming several unexpected hardware issues, the Geek Squad delivered a workable solution. At no time did they take a break, take a lunch break, complain or try to find a way to excuse themselves from the task. I had even suggested several times that they take a food break or come back at another time to rethink the various issues, but they insisted on working their way through the problems. I admire their persistence and tenacity, their technical skills in overcoming numerous nagging issues and above all, the customer service attitude shown by both individuals. This is my first use of Best Buy Geek Squad support and it will definitely NOT be the last. Thank you for a job well done gang!

The agents did a great job setting up our sound bar and TV.

The soundbar, etc. was set up along with the TV. I like the feature of the soundbar's attachment to hold the TV, thus eliminating the TV stand. The soundbar and TV holder looks much better than the stand. The sound system is amazing; am so happy that I purchased it along with the TV. Agents did a great job setting it up.

The sound is amazing and it pairedeasily with my Samsung TV!

Giovanni did a suburb job. We have a Bose AV48 system that needed to be tied into the new WOW internet box and we lost the ability to watch DVDs. He was able to assess the situation quickly and corrected the problem left behind by the other Geek Squad representative who tried to tie everything together. We valued his advice on what we needed to do for the future.

A great value for the money. Relatively easy to install. Be warned, however. None of these systems are truly wireless. Speakers need to be wired to a control box. And be prepared to purchase speaker wire if your room is larger than a closet, since the speaker wire included was to short to reach the corner shelving for each of the read speakers in our den.

My Smart tv and soundbar were not communicating with directv nor each other. Thank you Geek Squad! Paulo De Souza was able to get it all running in short order.

I never used a sound bar, I always had a home theater system. I'd have to say this sound bar does about a 95% job when compared to my home theater with a whole lot less work. Other techs who list to this bar say it is really good. One thing is for sure, it beats the heck out of the TV speakers and my LG has very good speakers.

The agents installed a sound bar that made a huge difference in our tv viewing. Sound was barely audible before the sound bar was hooked up. As an older couple our hearing is not the best; this made watching tv fun again.

The tram was very professional and made sure my system was set up prperly and working. They also went beyond their way and sold me a cord cover that made my system have a better appearance.

The agent was on time and pleasant to work with. He unpacked everything and took the packaging with him to dispose of at the store. Very easy installation and thought it would have been more complicated.
