Set-up went well very professional. Would recommend the Geek squad

They showed up when they said they would, BUT they had the same problem we had. The sound bar would not work with the TV. It was determined that the sound bar was defective or the TV was . Replaced the SB, didn't fix it Replaced the TV still doesn't work. received additional set up information from salesman, so far can't get the SB to work? Guess I go back a 4th time to see what to do now. THIS IS TURNING INTO A JOKE. NOT HAPPY WITH EITHER PRODUCT!

Sound bar was installed easily. Sound is good in a large room. Hardly notice it installed under the television.

Eric did a great job with the setup. Everything is working great.

The agent did a thorough inspection of the product and the installation. Apparently it was defective as he could not get the remote to interface with the soundbar. Item returned to store.

The agents measured everything before mounting and ensured it was what we wanted. Excellent work

My Geek was extremely knowledgeable on setting up the sound bar - I bought a LG TV & then bought a LG sound bar - I was extremely comfortable with the Geek setup person - he explained the setup as he went on & even programmed my remotes from 3 to 1 - What a difference it made in viewing!

My GS tech was knowledgeable and thorough, although he took an hour to hook up the new Denon receiver, connect everything, and then program my Harmony universal controller. But since I could NEVER do this, I am very grateful for his work! And at 20% off, it was a good deal!

The geek squad had this set up in minutes, and quickly showed me how easy it is to set.

the service was good. The ending result was no. Had them out for the rear speakers and the got them working. Later when went to watch a program the rear speakers were not working. Called them back out on a redo and the said that I had to be on 5.1 or better. That made sense. Later I went to watch a movie on 5.1 and no rear speakers. Had the volume up also on the rears. Spend a lot of money to not be very happy with my system. I expected surround of Bose quality and it just doesn't seem to work for the remote rears.

The agents were friendly and knowledgeable taking their time to answer questions and review functions with me.

The agent determined for us that our nearly new sound bar is bad so we need a new one. Oh well!

Set up my soundbar and receiver while minimalizing all the cords and making it look really nice and the usage was very intuitive.
