VERY efficient!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My GS tech was knowledgeable and thorough, although he took an hour to hook up the new Denon receiver, connect everything, and then program my Harmony universal controller. But since I could NEVER do this, I am very grateful for his work! And at 20% off, it was a good deal!

They left and promised to return the same day once they had more information. They did and got everything working. I thought their dedication spoke volumes. Will use again as needed.
