The Total Tech Geek Squad service was exceptional as usual! Set everything up with easy to understand instructions for optimal operation. Total Tech is the best service product we’ve ever experienced.

The technicians who set up my sound bar did an excellent job. Maalik S. did a great job explaining it to me. I do have one suggestion. The second technician who set up the subwoofer should have asked me if the location he used was acceptable. I was not brought into the decision-making of where to place it. That's minor thing to me but the location should have been discussed. However, it won't detract from my excellent rating.

The agents did a beautiful job installing my LG TV and soundbar. We opted not to keep the soundbar so a member of the Geek Squad (Sean) came over and removed it. He was extremely professional and helped us in every way.

This is the absolute best Soundbar made on the market and when Sony has there name on it i couldn't pass it up. It has the best in hi quality sound and the best in the bass department,

The tech removed the tv from the wall mount, took off the bad sound bar and replaced it with a new sound bar. The interaction was great and we now have quality sound once again on our lanai.

We have continued to pay for Tech Support and we are so glad we did. We recently purchased a new TV. Since we had this service, they came before delivery to ensure we had the right TV mount and set up. Then they came back and installed the new TV and connected it to our Sonos sound system and hauled away the old TV. Having the Tech Support saved us several hundred dollars. It more than covered the cost of the service. I recommend this service if you have several electronics that will need servicing or installations.

Had a Tv installed and also wanted my audio connected to the sound bar. Geek Squad tech performed the job in a snap. Also tested and adjusted the sound so it worked perfectly with the TV remote. Well worth the price and highly recommended service.

The agent connected the sound bar to our new TV with ease and answered our questions about its operation.

Got new carpeting and I had to remove all furniture. Stereo was disconnected and speakers disassembled. I bought a new DVD player and Jake from Geek squad came to my rescue and put everything back together again minus all the cords. He installed one cord that took care of everything! Yeah!!

The initial Best Buy employee who recommended the Denon to go along with my set up was very knowledgeable and easy to work with through the process. The installer had the same qualities and I am very pleased and will recommend Best Buy and their employees.

Agent came in and solved our audio system set-up issues in less than an hour. He knew exactly what to do and walked us through the set-up and how to use the system. I would highly recommend using this service to avoid equipment issues and headaches.

Sound bar is very good. Wofer does not stay on.service on installation was excellent.

The squad came to hook up a new sound bar. But, they took care of the whole system. All connections were done. The guys even gave me their cell for any future needs. If you’re not technically minded you need Geek Squad.

Had to integrate a Zumo box into a tv using Sonos technology. It was seamless integration and works perfectly. Cannot have not imagined how wonderful it turned out. Had no familiarity with any of the equipment and had no chance of getting it to work. The service was worth the price saving the cost to replace the equipment. Glad to have pursued this through Best Buy!

Connected along the samsung Qled Tv. The combination is so good. Good quality soud and you can hear when a pin drops, its so clean. I love it.
