the sound bar and sub woofer are perfect for mom!!!

The agent hooked up my two devices, and programmed the remote control, and answered all my questions (even one about another device). He was very friendly and efficient.

The agent fixed the issue with my sound bar and tv needing 2 different remotes. That was great but after they left I shut off the tv and when I turned it back on now the sound is off until I turn it up.

Frank and Barney in Madison MS do the absolute best install jobs. They put my 75 in mount up previously and then installed both the sound bar and subwoofer. There was a modification to the mantle that they handled flawlessly. Great people who do a terrific job.

Geek squad arrived earlier than appointment and took the time to make sure we knew how to run the tv, dvd,vcr, and picture viewer they were great!

They fixed the problem, but didn’t cure it. Problem still exist. Female voice keeps yakking TV or something else. Need the Geek squad to fix it for good or we need the sound bar replaced.

These guys are excellent at what they do. Have had them several times for various items. Will continue to do business with best buy and geek squad.

My agent called a day early to see if she could solve my problem even faster. She quickly assessed the problem and immediately fixed it. She then took time to explain to me just how to keep things running correctly and as I wanted. She was outstanding in every way.

The agents are amazing! So friendly, kind and helpful! We are of the older generation and not that tech savvy. You couldn’t ask for nicer guys who patiently explained everything. Love this service!

On 10/18/23 two techs from the Lexington. SC store came to to my home with a replacement TV and did a outstanding job in setting up the TV and sound bar.

The technicians were professional and polite. The installation went quickly and the techs made sure we understood the features of our sound bar.

Very professional & knowledgable. Not tech savvy since I have not worked for quite sometime so these guys are life savers!

Great Agent who came on time and set the new soundbar up in my main theater room. He connected it up with my other Sonos rooms and was fast, helpful and made sure I could work everything before he left. The only way to go ;-)

A disaster from the start, booking appointment took about 20 min, lady did nit speak very good English, very hard to understand and communicate with. I told her that i needed a sound bar, subwoofer, and tv installed she said it would be 99.00, I asked her for an appointment for Friday Dec 3rd after 2:30. the next morning I got a text saying that my appointment was confirmed for a Dec 3rd between 7-1. I called later that afternoon to tell her again that I wasn't available till 2:30. she said that she was unable to change the appointment, but would put it in the note's. (45 min to have her add notes to the order. Later that month I got a text on November 22nd saying that my appointment was confirmed November 16!!!?? called again and was placed on hold for another 40 minutes to clear up the confusion. Still continued to receive text saying November 16. Stopped by the store and talked to the store manager and she said that it was for November 16, she said she would follow up and get ahold of me, she did the next day call me and said that she emailed the supervisor for geek squad and he would give me a call. Several days later he did call and got the appoint for Dec 3. after 2:30, got a text saying that the technician would be there between 3:30-5:30, he never showed up till 6;15. When he got here he said that the work order was for a sound bar only, and to set up the T.V. was $150.00, sub woofer $100.00 and the sound bar $100.00. Totally ridiculous, so I told him I didn't want anything done for that price after he left I set up the T.V. on my own, Only took about 10 min, 5 of it was just getting it out of the box. Would stay away from using them ever again at all cost, set up your own T.V. for a savings of $150.00. totally disappointed, I feel like I should charge them for the time I spent on hold, going to the store, and waiting for the technician at their rates that would be about $950.00. never again.

Agent was wonderful and explained what I had done wrong in hooking up my sound bar. He answered all my questions and was so helpful.
