My wife and I really like this soundbar. It produces a great sound.

Great technicians and thorough setup! They were detailed and explained everything thoroughly.

After going in the attic numerous times it was decided that the survey team did not do their job well. They encountered several issues and ran out of time to deal with speakers. They did mount the tv, connected it to tuner and existing speakers but not the new ones. It will be rescheduled for Oct. TV's One Connect hub was installed with velcro and fell right off the back of TV. Following day I had to call to have them zip tie it as I originally had asked them to do. Zack and Pree both worked really hard to come up with a resolution. Hopefully they will come back in October. I don't want to go through this ordeal again. The survey team that came a couple of days before should have been the ones to go in the attic to look at the existing ceiling surround speakers. They did not and were glad that they did not have to.They spent maybe 10 minutes looking around, tested the speakers for connectivity, found no issues. Surprised me when the install team found nothing but issues.

great sound ! .... makes TV, movies and music so much better.

There are higher and lower priced sound n=bars out there but this LG 5 channel mid priced unit met my needs. Affordable and buying the TV mounting bracket was worth the extra money. That way the sound bar moves with the TV.

The agent that mounted my T.V. was absolutely excellent & the sound bar works perfectly. Truly Thank You!!!

The geek squad was excellent, all i have to do was use my remote after they left. It's worth the money to get the total tech

the geek squad guy i got was chris vert. man does this guy know his stuff or what!!! not only very knowledgeable but very personable as well. best but know what they have in this guy?? maybe. after his help on my theater i was so impressed i spent 4500.00 on whole house music only because of chris

The Geek Squad was amazing in advising and setting up my very complex 9.2.2 Home Theater and surround sound. Michael & Beau are real pros and I found there knowledge to be invaluable.

Great system ,great sound! Great installer! I love how you can play different room speakers together or separate.

Set up went smoothly. They ensured that everything was perfect. I could not have done this on my own.

Although I was only expecting the technician to give me an estimate he completed the work in this visit. However, as I did not know the cost I was surprised to learn it cost as much as it did and so inquired about the cost If I had the total tech support. He said he could not sign me up for it at that time but I could call and probably sign up for it with that visit then credited under the program. However 3 phone calls with very long wait times on hold did not connect me to supervisor as I requested. I have always found the in store customer service to be very good and the technician took care of my issues but THE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY PHONE IS AWFUL!!! I may recommend Geek Squad but with the caveat about phone customer service. And the cost for less than an hours work was unreasonable

Wonderful and friendly service from the expert from Geek Squad who installed my sound bar on my new tv. Fast, efficient and excellent installation. I will definitely use the Geek Squad for any installations I might need in the future.

Thank God for the Geek Squad, when our sound bar went out they helped put the sound back on , because we had to wait for Bose to fix our sound bar. We would have been without sound, for weeks til we got the new sound bar.

The installers were great. Cleaned up everyting whe the job was done. Took out the cardboard, broke it down and placed it in the the recycle bin.

Awesome Job installing sound bar and sub woofer. Even showed me how to sign in for programs.

The Geek Squad did a great job adding my newly purchased Bose Soundbar and Subwoofer to my new TV. They explained the remote which accesses the systems audio with one button. They also bundled all the exposed wires into a tight neat column. It looks and sounds great.

Agent was on time, very professional and explained the entire process of installation. He answered any questions that we had and offered advice. Excellent service.

So these guys came in and literally cut the holes, ran the wire across my ceiling in my 2 story house, installed the speakers... this was an all day ordeal and Best Buy did it very inexpensively! I am very happy with my finished product!!!

My soundbar installation is great. Sound system w0orks very well with my television.
