Geek Squad connected Soundbar with ease. Geek Squad installed and transferred all my data from my old computer to my new one with ease. We are happy!

The man was patient and understanding with me. I did not hear him call my phone because it was charging in another room. He came back later to install. I will say, though, that he was reluctant to move all the equipment where it should be because it meant taking the straps off the wires that were already there, and restrapping them. Eventually, he decided to do it because there was no other way around it. He did not show us how to work the remote.

Job well done. Got here on time. The guys were very helpful with insight on exactly where to install in the room and how to navigate through all of the settings.

John and Steve mounted and set up the new tv perfectly, and connected it to the devices/speakers. Then John explained how it worked and answered all of our questions!

I am glad I decided to spend the extra money for the setup. I usually set up on my own but the team made sure everything was perfect with picture and sound and exactly what I like before they left!

When talking to the agent prior to my appointment to mount my TV, I told him I had a sound bar that I also wanted to hang on the wall. He said we can discuss other options when he came. During installation, he told me about this sound bar connect system that hooks up to the TV mount. That way, the sound bar is not fixed to the wall, but can actually move with the TV if you adjust the position. I had an Ah-Ha moment. He just happened to have brought one with him! Needless to say, I bought it and had him install it. Love it! Bravo Geek Squad!! Thanks for helping out this technically challenged girl!

We were called and given a time window. Technician called to let us know he was on his way. Arrived in timely manner. Installed sound bar and explained how it works. He was pleasant and did the job correctly.

The Bose Sound Bar ended up not being installed and was returned. Our current system is just as good as the one we purchased (per the installers).

I had the Geek Squad in my home to mount 3 TVs. The technician was professional courteous and knowledgeable. I have The Geek Squad Total Tech service and was supposed to receive a discount for TV mounting. When it was time to pay I had to spend an hour on the phone trying to get the billing correct because this is a new pilot program and no one knew what was going on. The person who set up the service when I called did not bill it correctly and they were charging me over $500 when it should have been only $150. Throughout all of this the technician remained professional and courteous. After a little more than an hour they finally got the bill correct. The service would have received 5 Stars if not for the mix up. Overall I was satisfied with the service, but annoyed with the billing confusion and wasted time.

Professional team, friendly and expert team and they are so fast

Austin tweaked my surround sound that had a faulty center speaker and a non working BluRay DVD player. Now my family room is filled with great sound and a sub woofer that rocks!

Geek Squad successfully installed our opti-cable and EDMI cable as we requested. They were on-time and efficient. We were kept apprised of their ETA.

The two gentlemen who came to help us with our soundbar were excellent, patient and very helpful. They answered all our questions and made sure we could run the system before they left.
