The tech was great and quick in setting it up a d showed me how to do it

The agents correctly installed all of the equipment we ordered, and they also patiently explained to us how to use each component. It was a very satisfying installation.

Sound is great! Technicians took their time to install items and mentioned recommendations.

The team installed my new sound bar and subwoofer. They took the time to make sure I knew how to use the remote and how to relocate the subwoofer, if needed.

They reconnected the speaker system and eliminated the use of extra remotes so it would operate easier

I bought my dream system Sony 75` TV, cabinet, & surround sound system, Sony DVD playyer spending over 6.000.00 on it! I have had the Geek squad out to my house 8 times as the D.T. surround system rear speakers will not stay linked to the system and has to be linked by a G.S. tec. I have had to buy service contracts on all my components to cover the fees. All The Geek Squad tec`s have been Great it is just time consuming to have to have this many service call and I know this will have to continue! The speakers themselves sound awesome they just will not stay linked. TV is 4K and perfect! As well as the Sony DVD player!

The agent was able to get the sound bar working with the surround sound. It took some thought but he figured it out & got everything connected & working

The Geek Squad workers set up our TV from right out of the box. They also installed speakers in the wall (3) and ceiling (2) and set up the components with our new receiver and 4K Blue-ray DVD player. They showed us how to use the remotes (we didn't get a universal remote this time around) and how to turn on, turn off, and navigate through the menus. Everything was set up before they left so that we felt confident we knew how to run everything. This is the second time over the years that we have used the Geek Squad to set up a home theater. Both times we had a great experience with them.

After purchasing my receiver, I also scheduled installation with the Geek Squad. They arrived during their scheduled window and Tyler did a superb job with the project. Thanks for the quality service!

The technician was at my house an hour and 15 minutes earlier than scheduled while I was out running errands. My husband was home, but I was disappointed not to be able to observe the installation, get a quick lesson on the Bose Speaker's operation and ask questions. When I finally sat down a few hours later to operate it, I encountered an issue. I called the technician on the number he left for questions, but he never returned my call.

Installation was efficient and professional, answering all questions along the way.

After a failed attempt from a third party provider, the official Geek Squad showed up, saved the day, and got the surround sound working with all of my devices. Thanks guys!

I wans't going to but a sound bar until I heard this one at the store. When my TV and sound bar arrived, Geek Squad set it up for me and I am amazed at the exceptional sound quality. Definatly worth the price.

hey what can you say... the Geek squad guys brought my TV to my door, installed it on the wall and even connected my sound bar to my set. I mean they did it all and all I had to do was watch... THEY ARE GREAT! Oh ya... they even connected my Roku box to the tv too and were here less than an hour or so. I use the Geek Squad every time I need help with my computers and they have even helped me with wifi problems so if you aren't a member yet you really need to join the Geek Squad!!!
