The Geek Squad mounted all my electrinos to the sound bar and noe I can hear everything

The agency removed my old video amplifier /receiver,!and quickly installed my new one, even though we had some problems with connecting to AT&T Uverse.

connection was easy only i need to use 2 remotes. this sound bar is not compatible with my TV. Sales person evidently did not know this.

The crew came to the house and installed my sound bar very quickly and professionally.

I have a new 4k tv purchase that I intended to synch with my Bose Sound dock, which is roughly 4 years old. I had been having some difficulty in activating my sound dock with my prior tv, which had been damaged during an electrical storm that gripped my area and was concerned the system was fried. However, the Geek Squad techs were able to reboot the system and sych the sound dock with my new tv, and since then, has been working perfectly. The Geek Squad technicians were very prompt, efficient and helpful as they troubleshot the device, and through their help I was able to save hundreds due to not needing to purchase a new sound bar to replace my current one!

Agent's were great hooked every thing in and checked sound and features. Then took time to show how to use new system.

I purchased geek squad pkg so they connected my sound bar. I super happy I did too because first I didn’t have to do anything. But more importantly I had an vizio sound bar Sony tv and xfinity cable. There were issues getting the sound bar to work with the xfinity remote. But their guys new exactly what to do. Me and hubby like own remotes so I got him another I couldn’t program it. Xfi couldn’t even help said wouldn’t work. I called geek squad and in seconds it worked. I definitely wrote code and steps down
