Victor and Team were awesome again with wall mounting and two sound bars installations.

The Geek Squad that came to install our New TV were great and helpful with showing us the different options on this TV. They also came and installed the Soundbar and we had a few more questions which they (gladly) helped us with. The were very patient with explaining the remote and channels we were wanting to locate on this Smart TV. They had it all set up just like we wanted. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Can’t say enough about Zachary and Michael. They were such a big help sorting out my sound bar conundrum. The cables behind the tv were all jumbled up so they took the whole thing down and sorted it out for me. Then they organized the cables in a neat organized way. They also helped my log in to my tv so I could download apps. I am so impressed with the service I received from Zachary & Michael. Geek Squad is the best!

Extra points given for being very nice and helpful and wearing shoe covers. Points taken away for not double checking to make sure everything worked after the first trip. The Geek Squad was out and upgraded our WiFi system and modem and installed Apple TV. I would have given them more stars if everything had worked properly after the first visit. Unfortunately it didn’t and they had to come back out to diagnose the problem. Turns out the modem BB recommended for us didn’t work properly with the WiFi system they recommended. We replaced the modem and spent quite a bit of our own time getting everything to work. It’s working now and is a big improvement over what we had previously.
