Hooks a great sound bar so I can hear the TV better

The 2 Geek Squad men were knowledgeable in installing my sound bar and subwoofer.

The Geek Squad member installed everything properly and made sure it was working prior to departing. I highly recommend this service.

I had a lot of problems with the sound bar. The Geek squad came out several times, but it was working properly when they were here. They were very professional and check everything out. They came back and replaced the sound bar. Been working fine.

Geek Squad installed our TV & Sound Bar. It was complicated because husband uses earphones. The guys hooked things up fine. After a few days we noticed that the sound didn't sync with the lip movement of whomever was speaking, so we called Geek Squad to see if there was something we could do to fix it. They set up an appointment for in-home fix which took place a couple of days later. They knew exactly how to fix it. THANK YOU GEEK SQUAD!!

The set up for my sound bar was impeccable. They explained everything to me so that I can understand how to use it. They even set up all of my settings for me and took their time to explain everything I would need to know.

Samsung Frame speakers have limited capability: the group function does not work to have 2 speakers play together. The Symphony function only works for specific movies. For news and similar programs it uses the TV speakers primarily with a weak sound from the Frame speakers. Also, the Frame speakers are connected via WIFI and disconnect about once a week and need to be reconnected on the screen of the TV.

I was confident the Geek Squad member could install my new device. He was very nice and professional.

The technician was friendly and helpful but because I needed a cable I didn’t have he was unable to complete the installation. Carrying that kind of equipment for sale to customers who need it would be helpful a would save the need for a return visit.
