The agent came out to install a sound bar on our new large screen TV. The setup was quick and professional. Great sound bar!!

The Geek Squad rep was prompt and worked hard to try to get my Bise sound bar which I purchased from you two years ago, to connect with the smart TV. He worked for about 1.5 hours and tried everything but was unsuccessful. It worked briefly but quit and did not resume. He even returned again toward the end of the day but again was unsuccessful. I gave up and ordered a new tv from you but changed my mind before delivery. Later I decided to delete the Bose app on my phone and reinstalled it. It immediately recognized the Bose 900 soundbar and now the Bose system works perfectly. The problem was with the Bose app. I am not dissatisfied with your service, your employee was sincere and worked hard to solve my problem.

Once it finally was set up and the sound was going to all the speakers.

The same person that came and hung my TV did the sound bar to. They did a very professional job and the sound car and sub sounded great

I can not praise the Geek installers enough for the work they did at my home. They took apart my old system pieces and put in new ones that made the system much more efficient and able to handle up-to-date technology. They were so friendly and explained what they were doing during the installation, and always asked for my preferences. They were on time for their appointment and cleaned up all the packaging before they left. Best of all they were able to remove miles of wiring that was no longer necessary. They were fantastic.

The agents were great at keeping us up on when they’d arrive, actually more then prompt but early! Allowed us to clean behind our stove before putting it back in place. Polite, professional, pleasant and a joy to have in our home, would welcome than back anytime, but hopefully not too soon, we appreciate our appliances working thanks.
