I’m very frightened by technology and using all these components really stressful for me, I would have had 3 remotes to use. Joel thought ahead and brought along two universal remotes to show me! I chose the larger of them because I could see the buttons and fingers fit better. He synchronized all three components and was soo patient with me as he explained how to use it before leaving. He even came back a few days later just to check on how I was doing. Money well spent.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The skill installing the sound system to the TV AND the Spectrum cable system and interfacing all of the controllers together, then training us thru showing and then having each of us show him that we understood the system and could operate it or know how to get ourselves out of trouble! This person was exceptional in his training and abilities and exceptional in training the customer and not leaving till he was sure we would do well! There should be at least 1 or 2 more stars for this Geek !!
