Technician quickly analyzed and resolved my issue.

He also called ahead that is equally as important and shows really good professionalism. Once here he asked excellent questions that helped him decide on action to take. Once we realized what the issue was I located the remote control that was necessary to properly set the sound bar. Once again I am a happy customer.

Can’t adjust the volume with remote
