I bought a new Samsung (65-in.) Smart TV and felt the necessity to get a new Sound Bar to enhance the audio in my family room. Came to BestBuy and booked the Geek Squad to install the audio system since the TV was too heavy to move. The Squad quickly did the work with ease that elevated the audio quality to a remarkable level for my blu-ray movies and streaming channels, too. Had to make some popcorn, relax and enjoyed the big screen movies!

I love the sound quality and plus bass. Don’t miss my five speakers anymore and specially all the wires.

We bought the sanus tv mount.We decided to let the Geek Squad do the Audio set up that they offer.im sure almosteveryone knows how to do this but there are some who don't or just don't want to fool with it.I say let the Geek Squad do it they do this a lot so it's something they know how to do very well.They were professional and made it look easy to do.they were in and out in no time .They wired up audio -cable - surround sound- Xbox. Very neat and clean and took time to explain after they were done on how to make all work together.

Paz, From the Geek Squad, got the sound bar and subwoofer working much more quickly than I had expected. He worked hard, had the knowledge, and the expertise he needed. Plus, he had the patience with me. But the bottom line, he did his work and did it well. If I need additional work on my electronics, I will definitely call the Geek Squad, set up an appointment and let them do their jobs.

The service/Installation team was great, answered our questions and took their time in setting up our older sound system. They made sure everything worked and double checked before leaving. Saw one of them at the store the next week and he asked how everything so going with our TV, nice customer service.

The 2 Best Buy installers were professional, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. I felt there was no problem that they couldn’t solve. It was fun chatting with them during the installation and they seemed to be very concerned about the quality of their installation. Very nice job.
