The geek squad removed my old TV mounted the new one & connected the sound bar.All was great

Geek squad just “did the job” quickly and immediately! No floundering to figure out what needed to be done - they knew how!

The agent connected my sound bar to my TV in a manner that I would never have done myself. My TV is an older model that did not have the newer components that modern sets have. The agent resolved this issue in very short order and I was up and running.

My agent showed up right on time and immediately got to work. He finished quickly, with everything working as it should. Thank you, Geek Squad.

They did great, they showed up on time and made sure everything was hooked up right and even programmed my satellite remote to turn on my tv.

Joel is my Geek Squad Hero! I’m very frightened by technology and using all these components really stressful for me, I would have had 3 remotes to use. Joel thought ahead and brought along two universal remotes to show me! I chose the larger of them because I could see the buttons and fingers fit better. He synchronized all three components and was soo patient with me as he explained how to use it before leaving. He even came back a few days later just to check on how I was doing. Money well spent.

Mike was the geek squad technician who installed this item. His service was excellent. He made a clean install, was courteous and efficient, and made sure that everything was working before he left. We LOVE our new sound system! Terrific service and product!

The skill installing the sound system to the TV AND the Spectrum cable system and interfacing all of the controllers together, then training us thru showing and then having each of us show him that we understood the system and could operate it or know how to get ourselves out of trouble! This person was exceptional in his training and abilities and exceptional in training the customer and not leaving till he was sure we would do well! There should be at least 1 or 2 more stars for this Geek !!

The tech did a great job of delivering & connecting the sound bar. The only problem was that the optical cable can't be removed from the TV. Had to take the TV to Best Buy, they could not get cable removed either. Best Buy did provide a cable at no charge, they did not want to try to removed the cable from the TV.
