Great service for a great product. We learned how to use our product.

Chris was wonderful getting my new tv, Roku, utube tv and all set up. Even better, he was patient and encouraging to this senior citizen to be able to operate all the new equipment and gadgets.

Mike was the geek squad technician who installed this item. His service was excellent. He made a clean install, was courteous and efficient, and made sure that everything was working before he left. We LOVE our new sound system! Terrific service and product!

Set up of new receiver to a home theater system was done and conducted in a professional manner. There were no problems.

The agent was thorough and went above and beyond. He even helped call Xfinity with me and told me what to do to get help from them. He explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions. His customer service was some of the best I have ever had.

The tech unpacked the sound bar and set it up. He was knowledgeable and had the unit up and running in no time.

The agent was very helpful in getting a new TV hooked up and teaching us about the different way to load apps. Unfortunately he was not able to get the sound bar to work and we thought we were going to have to purchase a new one. But I was able to do a work around and it is working fine now with the old sound bar. We do have to use alternative sources of remotes to access sound.

The guys from the b geek squad wa a very professional and had my system reconnected in a short amount of time.

The agent connected my sound bar to my TV in a manner that I would never have done myself. My TV is an older model that did not have the newer components that modern sets have. The agent resolved this issue in very short order and I was up and running.

Samsung washer had a line come loose after first week. Geek Squad Tech came out "bandaged" line until they could have another one shipped to may house. Repaired quickly, very friendly and competent. Did a great Job.

The tech was very patient and took his time on what to do when the power fails again.

It was a great experience getting your knowledgeable technician to hook-up my soundbar. He even knew how to get it to run through my switch box. Everything works great. I would recommend them and use them again.
