I had most of the work done

I went back and set the whole system using the microphone and on screen instructions, I found 2 speakers out of phase! After a few hours it sounds great. I fixed zone 2 to 2 channels. I feel like I over paid for your service that I had to redue

Great but expensive

Geek Squad installed the Sonos Arc in seconds

Geek Squad Installed my Samsung Sound Bar--Excelle

Professional, courteous, patient and knowledgeable. I could not have asked for better service. On a side note, I recall that these two Geek Squad reps were from the Osceola County (Kissimmee?) location. Great guys to deal with!
