The two young men did a wonderful job in setting up the sound system and the tv. They showed us how to use it, and gave us some tips on how to break it in by not going over 50 % volume for a while. The geek squad is very helpful.

At first I was going to install my new sound bar myself, but so glad I had the Geek Squad handle it ! They are so much more familiar with the interface with my new tv and I’m sure I would have struggled to accomplish what they did quickly and professionally. They also had suggestions on placement from my original sound bar which made much more sense and looks much better

After having a 3 party hired to install and hook up our new TV. The 3 party installer was alone apparently the other guy called in sick so long story short both my husband and I had to help this guy hold this heavy TV while he tried to mount it. With that being said I was no happy. Thank goodness for the other Geek Squad guys that came out they took their time and got everything hooked up correctly.

The agent came out and found that I had damaged the optical input on my tv therefore, connections could not be made. He was on time/early and was most courteous, professional and friendly. I highly recommend him and the Geek Squad for a professional and reasonably priced service, even though they were not able to complete the task
