Hooked up my vcr
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.They came out to hook up my vcr, since the last time they were out, they had disconnected it and forgot to reconnect it. Also, my audio receiver would not program tp the tv mode for me on the remote control. They show up and I show them the problem and it Reconnected for me. So they did nothing. So basically, I paid them to fix their error they made on a previous trip.

Justin had everything he needed on the truck (no running to the store for additional cables or equipment). He and the young man with him were courteous, safe and efficient. Everything works wonderful.

Kitchen audio installation

They recommended a Sony 75" for the kitchen/breakfast area, together with new Sonos sound system and in ceiling speakers. The TV and audio system was professionally installed by Best Buy. Very happy with their work and the team of installers. Sonos app added to smartphone for additional control.

Geek Squad installed my ring doorbell perfectly

The device wasn't fully charged so they had to make a return trip to complete the installation, allowing the device to charge and completing the job for her the same day. They went above and beyond, helping her select ring tones and more.
