I bought a new home theater system. 85" TV, Blueray dvd player, apple 4k tv, amazon fire stick; yamaha receiver, Harmony Elite Remote. The geek squad came in mounted the tv to the wall, hooked up all the devices, programmed the remote to play all the devices; and then gave me a quick tutorial. They did a great job. Worth the money to have the professionals do it

The technician was on time and notified me when he was on his way and his expected arrival time. He was efficient and had my sound bars up and running quickly.

I just love the sound as well as the way that the sound gets around the room! It just all comes together very nicely!

Geek Squad Called In Advance .Showed Up On Time And Did The Job Then Left.Sound Bar Working Great..

After having a 3 party hired to install and hook up our new TV. The 3 party installer was alone apparently the other guy called in sick so long story short both my husband and I had to help this guy hold this heavy TV while he tried to mount it. With that being said I was no happy. Thank goodness for the other Geek Squad guys that came out they took their time and got everything hooked up correctly.

The agents installed my sound bar and connected my stereo.

The technicians determined what was needed to correct the initial installation of the soundbar and remote bluetooth speakers. They reconfigured the bar so that the speakers were properly paired with the bar even though the original Geek Squad installer failed to recognize this need

The Geek Squad did a great job setting up the sound bar and subwoofer.

Ron L was great. He knew his job. He installed the 65" Sony and the Sound Box. Ron installed both units in less time than the two yokels that were here a month ago. I recommend Ron L. I had two poor installers, from the Geek Squad, in Dec 2021, they brought and installed the incorrect Sony. I do not recommend these guys.

Sound system installed quickly and installers showed us how to yse it and cleaned up afterwards.

Called ahead, on time and very nice. Only reason for not giving a 5 star is they knew why they were coming out in advance. When they were here, they recommended getting a universal remote. I asked if they had one that I could purchase bc I would have purchased it. The response was no, you would have to purchase it then call us back. Lost additional sale

The service is disappointing. The seemed to be in a hurry and really didn’t give the guidance and instructions that I was looking for.

Very nice addition tot he TV we purchased. Can actually hear the sound now! Takes up little space and fits in nicely.
