The agents were extremely knowledgeable about the new audio equipment and how it would interface with the rest of our system. They were very fast at setup, yet they took their time explaining everything so that we could operate the new system without any problems. We are so happy that we had Geek Squad install for us. We are enjoying our system more because they made it so easy for us to operate!

On time, prepared and the equipment necessary to do the job and deal with the unexpected. Polite and professional. Sean really cared about performing the tasks correctly and made sure it looked right. I was so impressed with Sean and the end result, that made sure that my brother, who purchased three TVs and other equipment, asked to have Sean come in and install. He did get Sean and was really pleased as well. I will but again and make sure Sean performs the install!!!

They came out to hook up my vcr, since the last time they were out, they had disconnected it and forgot to reconnect it. Also, my audio receiver would not program tp the tv mode for me on the remote control. They show up and I show them the problem and it Reconnected for me. So they did nothing. So basically, I paid them to fix their error they made on a previous trip.

Responsive and came on time. Had some issues attaching speakers to stands (speakers too heavy for stands).

Justin Redd did a fantastic job installing the wall TV bracket and set up my cinema stereo system. Justin had everything he needed on the truck (no running to the store for additional cables or equipment). He and the young man with him were courteous, safe and efficient. Everything works wonderful.

Technician was ontime for installation and explained what he was doing and made sure we understand how the remote controls and soundbar worked at the end of his installation.

This guy was a true professional he took time to make sure we understood functions.

Arranged for Best Buy home visit to advise on TV and audio options for newly remodeled interior of our home. They recommended a Sony 75" for the kitchen/breakfast area, together with new Sonos sound system and in ceiling speakers. The TV and audio system was professionally installed by Best Buy. Very happy with their work and the team of installers. Sonos app added to smartphone for additional control.
