Service was great but the soundbar is a loser. It cuts out every time there is a change in the broadcast. It goes looking for the proper sound and thus you miss the first part of the program and the lips are moving but no sound as the soundbar looks for the right type of sound you know doby or whatever.

The new Bose soundbar was quickly installed. Geek Squad made sure the soundbar software was updated. The Geek Squad member was very professional and nice to deal with in one's home.

Geek Squad connected my optical connection for my new Sony 55 inch 900F. Although I could have done this myself, The charge was nominal, and prevented me from having a return paid visit to guarantee that my sound system worked. If you are spending that much money for a TV, why would you not want to make sure everything worked. Geek Squad performed this service with no issue whatsoever & within a timely basis.

Geek Squad guys gave me a time window as to when they would be at my home, then called when they were about 5 minutes away to tell me where they were at! They installed and setup my TV and home theater sound system in no time. At all times both of the guys were very professional and courteous, all the while showing me all the stuff my new tv and sound system could do! Would definitely use Geek Squad service again.

Very friendly agent. The problem was with my router and a Sonos update. We called Sonos and they required a direct connection via ethernet and so I had to order a cable. The next day I was able to resolve the issue with a Sonos techs

Once again a great job done by the professionals at Geek Squad! They took the time to set up my system, including stalling wall mounts, and walked me through all of the options on my new Vizio Elevate system. While they are a little expensive, Best Buy stands behind their work and will make things right if there is a problem. Great job!
