The Geek Squad employee who came out was absolutely fantastic. He got our soundbar installed and set up to our new TV very quickly. He also fixed a few things the TV installer (had been subcontracted by Best Buy as a non-Geek squad member) missed. A+ Highly recommend

After some unanswered calls and text and unkept promises I encountered Charles. Absolutely fantastic and knowledgeable guy! Full of patience and courtesy. A great representative of your company. Others could learn from his professionalism and attention to customer satisfaction.

Samsung Frame speakers have limited capability: the group function does not work to have 2 speakers play together. The Symphony function only works for specific movies. For news and similar programs it uses the TV speakers primarily with a weak sound from the Frame speakers. Also, the Frame speakers are connected via WIFI and disconnect about once a week and need to be reconnected on the screen of the TV.

Only had it for a couple of days and so far so good. Now, I'm coming off a 25 year old washer so...

David Moore and Alex Padilla were so helpful. My first sound bar didn't work. They exchanged and installed the new one the next day. Answer all questions. I requested these two men by name. They installed my 75" TV on Wall, Sound Bar, Sub-roofer and speakers. 3 service calls, as I purchased each on different occasions. Clean work. These 2 Men were so helpful. I am a 65 year old woman.

The tech arrived earlier than expected. He was very polite, efficient and helpful.

Tyler's customer service went above & beyond. He delivered & hooked up my new 65" LG tv. He also helped me order a blu-ray & tuner and then set a 2nd appointment to hook these new items along with my Bose speakers. He made sure I knew how to operate all before he left. I appreciate all Tyler did "HIGH FIVE TYLER"! Thank You!!!

We had the Geek Squad out to mount our flat screen TV over the fireplace (did a great job). During the installation, the tech commented that our stereo / TV sound system could use a subwoofer. So we took him up on his advice, purchased one from Best Buy and had them install it. Another great tech who also gave us a few tips on our system (using Bluetooth). These guys are always informative and helpful.

I had geek squad installed my tv to the wall as just let a professional do it as i know i would of messed something up or it would of been crooked. The geek squad tech was in contact with me throughout the day and installed it very quickly and set up everything to the tv.

The two technicians, arrived earlier than expected, notified me of their coming by phone, and they were respectful of our home, They worked dutifully in addressing the two issues that we needed them for.

My earphones were connected to my tv quickly. The explanation given on how they worked was clear.

These guys (Geek Squad) know what they're doing. Great job, thanks.
