Agents installed TV and sound bar above fireplace. Very professionally done.

The Geek Squad technicians did an awesome job in connecting my sound bar. They went above and beyond in taking the initiative to mount my soundbar and explain all instructions to me in detail. Extremely knowledgeable and professional crew. Highly recommend!

The Geek Squad Team patiently explained how the remote works with Sound Bar and they also programmed my sound bar to connect with my fire stick remote whereas I do not need to use the Soundbar remote t all.

We could hook up the soundbar and it worked properly. What didn’t work correctly were the Homepods wirelessly to the Apple 4K box. They would work for a while and then shut down themselves, the 4K box and the tv. We tried to reset the TV preferences to sound through the TV itself and this did work for the Homepods to work with the Apple 4K box. However, after a half hour of playing, they gave out again an shut down everything. I disconnected the soundbar and all was right with the world. The tv speakers played and when I switched to the Apple 4K box, the Homepods worked just as expected without any premature shutdowns. My guess is that you can’t have a soundbar attached and expect to have the Apple 4K box without shutting down. Anybody want to buy a soundbar? The Geek Squad guy was a very conscientious and patient person to work with. We though we had a solution, but in fact we did not.

Tech arrived as scheduled, quickly set up new equipment and disconnected old, tested, explained.

Excellent work!!!Your agent came in and went straight to work, she did all the measuring and put the wall mount up in perfect place. She then had her friend ?Tony I believe come and help her hang it in place. After that she set up the sound system and programed the TV and DVD player. she did all that in about 30 min.

The two techs were very courteous and professional. They arrived on time and sent me arrival updates. They were quick, less than 15 minutes to set up! I am not very savvy when it comes to doing things like this myself. I am glad that I didn’t attempt to do so. Totally worth it!
