Purchased Roku to be setup by Geek Squad..not a sound bar. Too soon to evaluate since I haven't used it. Will know it it's okay or need to upgrade due to paying Annual fee to Channel 8. Geek tech is excellent., The annual fee for service is worth it!

We have never been disappointed with our Geek Squad tech providers. They are always so helpful, knowledgeable and help make the install so stress free. Matt and Reese made our lives so much easier. Thank you!

Guys were great! I couldn't figure out a pretty simple issue, but they didn't make me feel like a total idiot. In fact, they complimented me on the overall setup. Will definitely use them again when I get in over my head. Which is about every six months, lately. Thanks, again, Best Buy, for the Geek Squad. Start sending these guys back to work!
