The agents delivered our huge TV, took away the old huge TV, all the boxes, packing material. A big deal for two semi-invalid seniors. They hooked up all the electronics and showed us how to work everything. We couldn't have asked for nicer or more efficient and knowledgeable guys.

The agents were fantastic. They were very polite, professional, and informative. The set up our new flat screen quickly to our existing audio components. They were very patient going over all the controls, specially the universal remote. They also set up the streaming channels and made sure all was working properly before finishing.

Andrew Wing is the "Man" I hope Best Buy know this? A great person to be visiting any home. He knows his way around Audio / Video installs

Aaron, my geek squad tech, brought me a universal remote as I requested, programmed it and corrected the other gliches that the initial agent, Alex, had left behind. He was thorough in his explanations and called me back when I had a followup question. We worked it out by telephone and I'm happy with the service I received from Aaron. Too bad it took 2 visits with 2 different agents to get it done.

The Geeks were right on time. Did the TV install very professionally and explained everything in a clear and concise manner. When I had a question about my surround sound system on another TV they took a quick look and fixed it. Two thumbs-up to these guys! I’m a happy camper!

They did a nice job setting up, all works just fine.

Great job with the set up team.My only complaint is that they did not have the parts to hook up my second set of wireless headphones to my DVR . I'll need to buy two components in order to connect it. I'm not able to do install of this device once I buy the parts needed. I'll need to fine a relative or neighbor to do it.It would be too expensive to get the GEEK Squad to come back for that minor issue.

The sound bar produces great sound and works well with my Samsung TV.

Recently I needed help from The Geek Squad on a TV audio issue. I called my local store, East Side Tucson, and was treated with prompt, friendly, service. Response time was excellent and the home visit had every working in sort order. I highly recommend The Geek Squad and their knowledgeable personnel.
