Technician called the day before to give me an approximate time he'd arrive the next day. The day of the appointment he called to inform me he could arrive earlier. When he arrived he was very professional and very knowledgable in his field of expertise. After the setup was complete he asked if my wife & i had any additional questions and felt comfortable before he left. Excellent job!!

Great service! I had ordered a soundbar that did not work well with my TV. I ordered a different one as an exchange. The old one was removed and returned while the new order was installed efficiently and works great!

To ensure everything was working and that I understood the basics. They were knowledgeable and respectful. Very much appreciated the mask and gloves as I am a senior and safety is a concern for Best Buy and myself. They removed my old tv, set up the tv, sound bar, connected the tv to my antenna and attached my existing blueray.

Sonos sound bar was easy to set up and sounds great.

Technician very helpful in determining issue of background noise and lack of separation from voice.

The Geek Squad technicians from Gilroy (Eddie and Jamie) did an outstanding job of installing and configuring both our bedroom TV and Sonos soundbar as well as making recommendations to our network that increased throughput by about 12 times its previous speed. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. We're very pleased with the results.

I knew that setting up the television and audio equipment was not going to be easy for me. I purchased this audio set up plan- and was so glad I did. They did a very good job, cleaned up any mess that was made during the installation process- and did an excellent job. They two men who arrived at my house were on time, extremely nice and did an excellent job. So glad I purchased the audio set up package.

If she is a reflection of all technicians service, then I say Hooray to Geek Squad. Quality is a word typically reserved for a product and not a service. In this case the quality of the service was outstanding!

A friend from work recommended the folks at best buy, and I bought several things, speakers a receiver and odds and ends to hook them up. After making an appointment for the geek squad to come out, the salesperson I dealt with asked me to check my speakers by switching feeds, and found a defective speaker, replaced that and cancelled the geek squad, win, win

The agents that came out and connected and set up my new LG TV and sound bar, it ALL WENT VERY GOOD IN THE SETUP. From what they did, it went differently from what I was expecting so IAM VERY GLAD THEY DID IT.

The installation did not happen. The universal wall mount contained fine print that identified that it would fit 'most' tv's. I happened to have the one the it did not fit. The technician did all he could to call to get me a refund for the visit. I was satisfied with the customer seevice.

Best Buy is the best! We would never be interested in dealing with any other retailer on purchasing TV’s, refrigerators, stoves, ring equipment, etc. Geek Squad genius’s when we need them the best security.

Quickly connected the sound system! Very impressed with their service and their knowledge!

I would have given this a 5 star rating but it took two months for our request to be processed correctly and to get someone to our home to provide the promised service. Once the order was correct, the job was flawlessly completed. We have used the Geek Squad for many projects and the service they provide is excellent. Would highly recommend.
