Javier and his helper were both extremely professional and very knowledgeable. They explained everything exceptionally well and even communicated that we can contact geek squad and ask for him if we had any questions. We haven’t had any problems and are very thankful to him.

Set up all my devices to work with one remote. All my devices run through my receiver now.

Was very lucky to have a fireplace insert to place the speakers or else they would not have fit on the fireplace area as the mantle was too small.

To ensure everything was working and that I understood the basics. They were knowledgeable and respectful. Very much appreciated the mask and gloves as I am a senior and safety is a concern for Best Buy and myself. They removed my old tv, set up the tv, sound bar, connected the tv to my antenna and attached my existing blueray.

They were very patient when showing me how to operate the smart tv.

The most recent soundbar setup by Tim was perfect…had some issues with the initial product & setup but the recent setup for my replacement soundbar was fantastic!
