I had to schedule out about a month but the ease of service, professionalism and knowledge was worth the wait. I also received status of the tech online and they called in advance. Both tech were very professional and efficient installing my TV and setting up my sound system.

I mounted my previous TV above my fireplace. I decided to have Geek Squad do it for me this time. That is the only way to go. The Geek Squad mounted my TV, mounted my sound bar and hooked up my XBox in 2 1/2 hours. They made all the wiring look neat and hidden. They did in a couple of hours what would have taken me a couple of days to do myself. Definitely the only way to go.

I received awesome service from the geek squad technician. She was knowledgeable, personable, and very professional. If she is a reflection of all technicians service, then I say Hooray to Geek Squad. Quality is a word typically reserved for a product and not a service. In this case the quality of the service was outstanding!

The Geek Squad installer was just great. He hooked everything up & thoroughly explained how everything worked alone & within the system. I am technically challenged, but when Jake left, I completely had mastered the whole system. He also programmed the TV which I had no idea how to do. I was very happy to have had such great service. And what a personable & knowledgeable technician with whom I had the delight to deal.

Tv and soud bar were not communicating tech resolved issue promptly

I would have given this a 5 star rating but it took two months for our request to be processed correctly and to get someone to our home to provide the promised service. Once the order was correct, the job was flawlessly completed. We have used the Geek Squad for many projects and the service they provide is excellent. Would highly recommend.

The Geek Squad technicians from Gilroy (Eddie and Jamie) did an outstanding job of installing and configuring both our bedroom TV and Sonos soundbar as well as making recommendations to our network that increased throughput by about 12 times its previous speed. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. We're very pleased with the results.

So grateful to Preston and manager Nick for doing my basement install today Saturday. In these difficult COVID times they were professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Technician called the day before to give me an approximate time he'd arrive the next day. The day of the appointment he called to inform me he could arrive earlier. When he arrived he was very professional and very knowledgable in his field of expertise. After the setup was complete he asked if my wife & i had any additional questions and felt comfortable before he left. Excellent job!!

A friend from work recommended the folks at best buy, and I bought several things, speakers a receiver and odds and ends to hook them up. After making an appointment for the geek squad to come out, the salesperson I dealt with asked me to check my speakers by switching feeds, and found a defective speaker, replaced that and cancelled the geek squad, win, win

They were prompt and quick. Only complaint was it was hooked up with Xfinity hot spot in my neighborhood instead of my own wifi network. Both are wifi 6 and my phone at times would connect with the hotspot first. But I was able to fix that issue.

Geek Squad delivery and installation techs are always on time, friendly, professional, and clean. They’re efficient and always take time to show me how to use my new appliances and electronics. They offer recommendations to maintain and get the most from my purchases.

Service call by David was excellent. He not only took the time to explain what he was doing, but explained about the soundbar he was installing. Service was excellent; performance by this soundbar is terrible. I have reviewed as such on the Best Buy website.
