Agent set up server and speakers. Adjusted the sound.

As much as I try to do things myself, sometimes I need a little help. I was attempting to hook up my turntable to my Sonos Connect and just couldn’t get the volume out of my Sonos Play 1 speakers. The gentleman from Geek Squad was polite, punctual and figured it out quickly. Now I can play my vintage vinyl as loud as it should be!

Matt P. did a superior job of installing the Samsung Q800C sound bar. He is a highly qualified Squad member! I will request him on my next purchase.

James did a great job with sound bar installation. Accommodated our schedule when our cable tv service was delayed!! James is fast, efficient and very knowledgeable!!

The most recent soundbar setup by Tim was perfect…had some issues with the initial product & setup but the recent setup for my replacement soundbar was fantastic!

The agent that helped my was excellent and very friendly. He solved my tablet problem quickly and processed the product warranty for me. The guys came out and hooked up my sound system in no time at all and did a great job. Even pointed out that my tv was able to get more free channels through LG channels on the internet. Great job guys...thank you.

Although I didn’t have the sound bar when the tech came to set up TV and device .. he demonstrated where to insert cable and how to program to my specifics. Joel also gave his contact number at the store if I needed him to direct me or come bck and set it up

Was very lucky to have a fireplace insert to place the speakers or else they would not have fit on the fireplace area as the mantle was too small.

Installed my system and connected it to all other systems.
