Thanks for your help. As a senior citizen with limited technical knowledge of todays systems appreciated the Geek team member setting up my system.

Soundbar setup was quick along with TV installation on wall. Did pairing of devices with remotes. Though my soundbar doesn't always power on as it should with cable remote.

Couldnt hide wires for me- even though was set up to do so easily, not impressed, tech did not want to do anything beyond plugging in. Just noty worth the money I paid for Install service- really a joke.

William did a fantastic job and got all the head phones working properly. However, the hookup pf my receiver to the headphones and to the Spectrum controller is still an unresolved issue In addition scheduling by Geek Squad is a serious problem (required manager to even get my service scheduled )

Installers did a great job. They adjusted everything we’re quick very informative explaining how to use equipment and cleaned up where they worked.

Set up was completed to accommodate my audio needs

The guys were great - and SO helpful in making sure we understood how things worked! They really went above and beyond what we expected. Yadi was terrific!! We got extra tips on how to manage controls...just super.

Awesome service techs , very helpful & respectful, unable to complete on first attempted set up but they were persistent in getting us what we needed & thought we had purchased in order to give us a great set up.

The geek squad service was great and the third party that was recommended and came to my installation on behalf of geek squad were extremely professional and knowledgeable of my wants and needs with my theater system! It turned out awesome and I couldn’t have ask for better quality service.

He could not get my sub woofer to connect. He told me I would have to replace the entire sound bar. HOWEVER, at the store I was told that I only had to replace the sub woofer.
