this is for NEW Bose soundbar purchsed...installe don my own... oringla Geek squad install of older sound bar did not work properly

Had the rear speakers hooked up at the same time as the sound bar. They breezed through the set up and had it working perfect in so little time. It would have taken me so much longer to do, and still not knowing if it was correct. They explained how to use it and how to make any changes if needed.

Jason was awesome. He had been to our home before with a speaker, so he was very familiar with our equipment. He reprogrammed the Harmony remote so it is better than originally set up. He was professional and very knowledgeable. Hoping to get him the next time we need service.

I was amazed by the technicians professionalism. Exceptionally well executed.

The agents arrived on time, were very customer centric, extremely knowledgeable about audio systems and were done quickly.

I had a surround sound system that failed after 20 years. It was built in with the house and impossible for me to undo. The Geek Squad installed my new sound bar and disconnected the old without a hitch. Excellent service in a timely manner.

THE TECHNICAN WHO CAME TO INSTALL THE SOUND BAR WAS FIRST CLASS. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND ALSO PERSONABLE. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE GEEK SQUAD TO EVERYONE. IT IS A GREAT VALUE.

They guys were so great. They got everything hooked up perfectly. I felt they went above and beyond and were friendly, helpful and courteous. They made sure I was satisfied with everything before they left by asking questions along the way to make sure that I was happy with everything. VERY helpful.

Samsung Frame speakers have limited capability: the group function does not work to have 2 speakers play together. The Symphony function only works for specific movies. For news and similar programs it uses the TV speakers primarily with a weak sound from the Frame speakers. Also, the Frame speakers are connected via WIFI and disconnect about once a week and need to be reconnected on the screen of the TV.

Daniel and Mike from the Geek Squad came out to set up our new purchases, from Best Buy of course! Daniel had been out once before and this time Mike was with him. They were very knowlegible and professional about setting up our system for us. Then Daniel showed us how to use it! Our hats off to Daniel and to Mike!!

The agentS were great setting up my New receiver to my new tv. Had a couple of extra stuff needing to get hooked up and they were great. They Came when They said and didn’t take long at all. They wear their gloves and masked and I felt safe while they were here.

The geek team set up my stereo equipment making a few connections and even tweaking my subwoofer. I could have never accomplished all of what they did by myself. It was definitely a team effort. Thanks very much.

Brought my small TV and sound bar into store on Rochester Rd. because I couldn't get any sound and Alex looked at it and was able to correct the problem in no time and I was on my way home. I really appreciated his quick and knowledgeable service.

The Geek squad was super, putting in my new TV, removing the old one and working on the surround sound until it was perfect.

The Geek Squad made all necessary connection for my TVs and were very considerate and respectful in our home. They covered working areas to protect furniture, wore 'booties' and masks. They worked steady and effectively.

Still having issues with conflicts between the Samsung TV and Samsung Sound Bar. When connected using a eARC HDMI Cable the TV drops out periodically. Appears to work using a optical cable but then I loose all the benefits of using a high speed HDMI connection.

Somehow nobody showed up for my initial appointment, and nobody called either. I had to call and reschedule and was told the technician had car trouble. Still not sure why nobody called. The guys who came out to do the work did a great job!

The technician was outstanding and could help anyone no matter how strong their electronic skill are. He had a great personality and never made you feel that you were less knowledgeable regarding electronic than he was.

They were prompt, courteous and very professional. They solved an unknown space problem where the CD changer would not fit exactly in the entertainment center by making use of RCA plugs with a 90-degree angle to them.

The 2 young men who installed my TVs, wall mounts, sound bars and mounts + internet switch did an amazing job. After installation was completed, they setup all the equipment so it was ready to go. A+ job.
