The agent where very helpful and knowledgeable. They went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable with operating everything I purchased.

I had a TV mounted as well as audio setup and the geek squad gentleman who came out was outstanding. Did an incredibly good job. My only issue and the reason I gave it four stars is because setting up the appointment with cake squad was terrible. They're terrible at getting somebody out to you but the person that comes out tends to be really good.

The Geek Squad went over and above the installation! I was so impressed that I called his supervisor after he left and wrote an excellent review on him. Its been a few weeks now and I forgot who my Geek consultant was, sorry. I have raved about this service since. Thank you!

The agent connected my sound bar quickly and efficiently.

No complaints. Everything went well. Agent did an excellent job, was friendly, courteous, and answered all my questions with a lot of patience.

Once the TV was set up they connected all my components to the system. They actually did a speaker set up also. Once everything was set up they went through the whole thing with me and made sure that I understood everything. System works great, probably couldn't have done it by myself.

Fantastic! The sales associate said this was a great item, especially for the price. He was right! The trailer for the Top Gun movie came on and it sounded like I was in the theater!

The agents mounted my sound system to the mounting bracket that connected directly to my tv mount. They even showed us how to connect the system to the bracket.

Geek squad did installation, did not get much of a demonstration probably because this did not seem like a big deal to the techs, but I am still trying to figure things out

Great response with Geek Squad with this set up. I highly recommend them as there is no way I could set this up.

Had trouble with my surround sound system. Called the Geek Squad. Their service person was able to identify and fix the problem in under 20 minutes. Great service, problem fixed, happy customer, will use the squad again if needed.

These Guys were excellent, happy professionals!, they took their time and made q quality finish that will last years.

The two Geek Squad techs that installed the surround did a fabulous job. Very nice guys, took extra care to protect my things, floor, equipment, etc.. First time ever using them and I WILL be using them again. I have fixed a soundproof room downstairs and that's the next project. Best Buy will set that room up also
