2 geeks hooked up my rockin sound bar and High Def dvd 4 k to the 75” Sony Bravia now it’s a concert hall and movie theatre too Great job guys but next time plug in the DVD player after a 1/2 hour of angst and scratching my head I plugged in the dvd and all is well

Add-on is excellent. Have experienced no problems. Was recommended by the Geek Squad technicians when they came to do the installation. They had it on their truck as the one we had purchased in the store was the wrong one.

Chris and Lauren from geek squad were a super team. They quickly figured out the problem with our sup woofer, Moved on to the broadcast antenna which they quickly installed and set up on our tv, and figured out our set up problem with Hulu and HBO on our new tv. Superb

I had a Bose surround sound system. I liked it better than the sound bar. I am disappointed in the sound bar. I don't feel it does as the salesperson told us that it would do. I am not blaming him at all. I know it is just the advanced technology now.

The agent come out and reorder our equipment because the original geek squad guys installed a bad surround sound system. She diagnosed the unit was bad reordered and reinstalled. She was super efficient and on time!

This sound bar is a purchase I’m really glad I made. The installers even say he’d the tv and sound bar to my universal remote so I can control both with one item.

Combined this service with Geek Squad's Home Theater set up, and was very pleased. The technicians were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The service call was fast, but thorough, and they took the time to make sure I understood the basic set up and functions of the network and other components.

I appreciate the ease and detail of having our new Sony TV set up with peripheries making them all work well with our Logitech Remote by two members of the Geek Squad. They took care of each aspect I had requested and even did some rearranging of our equipment to save space.
