At the time of purchase, my Best Buy protection covered set up and I ended up using it.

The agents were very helpful and even explained things clearly so that we would know more about the system. After one agent came the system messed up and Best Buy kindly sent another agent ASAP and everything was fixed in no time!

Alton did a wonderful job switching out our tv & hooking up our soundbar & cable box. He was such a great person to deal with! Thank you to Alton!!!

Victor did a wonderful job setting up the TV and acclimating us to the benefits the TV offers. He then came back to mount it on the wall. I love it It is perfect. He made sure it was just where it was best for viewing specifically for our room.

I'd choose a different soundbar. There seems to be a manufacturing defect with this soundbar. It works sporadically, and will not turn on the included remote. It requires the unit to be unplugged and plugged in again for it turn on. I'm on my second soundbar and the same issues are occurring.

The person who installed our new Denon and DVD/CD player did a wonderful job. All the wiring was neatly zip tied together so you don't see a lot of wires all over. He also explained using the remote for running the sound for the TV, DVD/CD and our turntable through the Denon.

I was expecting them to just drop off the TV, and maybe assemble it, and then leave. But they actually took the time to make all of the connections, including to my previous surround sound receiver (which I had nothing but trouble with). Thank you!

Agents contacted the sound bar manufacturer and were able to download an upgrade on memory stick and download it to the sound bar. It works perfectly again. Both members of Geek Squad did a great job.

They did a great job mounting the TV & sound bar. They originally connected the sound bar to the tv remote but as soon as they left, the sound bar reverted to its own remote so we must use two remotes to operate basic TV. This is a step backwards for us.

The agents arrived on time and moved the old system and installed the new system and put it on my Direct TV remote. Great work and courtesy.

They did a nice job of getting my speakers up and running however I really wanted my new stereo surround speakers as well as a soundbar installed. They are still sitting in unopened boxes and I have to find somehow to get rid of them.
