These guys knew exactly what to do as soon as they saw the Nakamichi Sound system. They explained everything to me and made sure I knew what they were doing every step of the way. Geeks are Smart!

Our tech was terrific! He noticed that the settings were not set up optimally and took the time to ensure we were set up correctly.

Geek squad is the only way to go. They are quick and very helpful. After install they walk you thru how to use everything and will answer all your questions. They clean up everything before they leave and then all you have to is sit back and enjoy you new purchase.

The geek squad came in and set b up our TV and soundbar without any trouble. They know their job. We are pleased.

Dedra was efficient and patient, She also installed an older TV in another room. She was good at explaining the equipment and setting up the equipment.

Due to the mounting of our TV and the placement of the sound bar over the fireplace there were some challenges to be overcome but the Best Buy team thought things through and came up with some great solutions. Extremely pleased with the result. Geek Squad was well worth the expense.
