Chris installed and set up our sound bar. Very helpful and personable. We enjoyed speaking with him.

the men were very patient when I did not have what they needed for hook up. My bad after 3 visits all is done. I was notified all the way. When they would arrive and who was coming. Great service. Thank You

The Geek Squad did a fantastic job. They were courteous, efficient and took the time to dress all the wires so nothing shows. I’ve used Geek Squad many times and they have not disappointed.

They were able to install the center and 2 standing speakers but not the 2 rear ones due to wiring issues. They said they will be getting back to me in a few days to rectify the rear speaker issues. Otherwise, they did a great job.

The guys insisted on wearing the booties in the house........even though we told them it wasn't necessary. They promptly diagnosed the problem; and then made some minor adjustments to the component settings to get the sound system working. Well done, guys!.

Appreciated the soundbar connection by this Geek Squad. They were friendly geeks, knowledgeable as expected, and talked on a level we non-geeks could understand.

Agent did a good job. Sound bar is too complex.There are NO instructions!!! Would not recommend this bar unless you recognize what you are getting into.

Secret agents were very knowledgeable and took their time to explain what they were doing. The sound system throughout my home is build into the walls and it is all working! I am very impressed with My Greek Squad, especially Secret Agent Chris Smith.

I'd choose a different soundbar. There seems to be a manufacturing defect with this soundbar. It works sporadically, and will not turn on the included remote. It requires the unit to be unplugged and plugged in again for it turn on. I'm on my second soundbar and the same issues are occurring.

Geek Squad reps were very professional and knowledgeable of what they were doing. Friendly and cordial and they picked up after themselves nicely.

These fellas were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They set up the audio for my new set up, and they answered all of my questions in a way I could easily understand. I would highly recommend having them come by if you're setting up a new entertainment system.

Our tech was terrific! He noticed that the settings were not set up optimally and took the time to ensure we were set up correctly.

The agents were friendly and very professional. They connected my entire entertainment center and all was working when they left. They did wear their masks and helped with a couple of extra requests.

The Geek Squad people were great once they got to my house, but we had problems with our specified installation date. It was NOT the Squads fault, but a problem with in Best Buy corporate.

Knowledgeable, courteous installers. However they were less cooperative with part of installation and yet very helpful in others. Would recommend with qualifications as to what to expect.
