The service man met all my expectation and took the exta effort on some requests.

They did a great job and took the time to explain everything and answer any questions I had. These guys are great!!

Justin did a good job setting things up, but shortly afterwards things went awry. I now have my third call into him and have not received a response. My headphones are no longer functioning.

They mounted my sound bar below the TV and connected it to the TV (sound) which I would not have known how to do.

The technician did a quick set up and was very nice to explain to me what he was doing in case I needed to readjust something!

I wasn't home, but my husband told me that Paul was very nice and friendly, and he even synced all of our remotes together. Which was fantastic, I hate four different remotes. Overall, very happy.

Total tech took tome to explain all set up and made sure i was satisfied with the color since i wanted the black one originally. Communication was 2nd to none!
