It took a while to correct, but malfunctioning of my sound bar was corrected after trying different options.

The employees at Best Buy "Geek Squad" have always done a great job for me. I am "Low Tech" and they are the absolute opposite. I am glad to have them help me with all of my 21st Century "High Tech" needs!

The Agent arrived promptly, and had my TV, DVD and stereo system connected / wired in no time. He even wired my TV to my stereo speakers which was an unexpected, but greatly appreciated "bonus". I wouldn't know where to fault the Agent or his service...
