Agents were very helpful in explaining how to use the new equipment. Also they took the old equipment that was not working, as well as all packing from the new products,

Installation was completed, however, the quote given over the phone ended up being $150 more, due to the lack of the rep advising that there will be an additional charge for hiding the cords. I would recommend service with caution when obtaining a quote for installation.
