The Geek squad view my set up and determined the best configuration and made suggestions that Iapporved to make my system respond as effortless as possible and I was pleased in their final setup of my audio system.

Purchased a Surface and was told by salesman that Geek Squad plan would cover other services. Turns out it was just a discount. You got me good Greek Squad. Of course the service from the guy that came was great!

David was simply the best. Very polite, professional and a pleasure to work with. I would rank higher m an 11 if that were available. I am sure he is a very valuable member of your team.

Geek Squad has Great service. I have had them install all my electronics. Every installer has been excellent and professional.

The agents were excellent in setting up my new television. They took the time to make sure I understood how to fully operate everything connected to the successful execution of the new t v.

The agent connected receiver, subwoofer to the TV & installed speakers. He was very courteous and professional. The agent cleaned up and organized as he went and kindly took the empty boxes to discard.

Lance is a real pro. We try and ask for him personally when we have any computer issues. He's very knowledgeable, patient and accommodating. In addition, he is really tech/computer savvy.

The technician connect my devices and made sure everything worked properly before departing. There was one issue that he solved by consulting with a colleague. He was very professional, patient, and respectful.

They installed a 75” wall mounted tv and home theater sound system for us, and all the programming set up . The 2 men were Outstanding , very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this service.

A third party was used for delivery and install. Had to ask helper to put mask on nose twice. Was told mask was too big. Picture of CDC guidelines was taken after install for affect only by the installers to send back to front office. But was not followed during install (trap and cones to mark off distance) even though distancing and disinfectant was applied to remote that was handled. Was asked to pay out of pocket for a cable that was not included/or was needed. Not sure which. Was told that it was an out of pocket expense for installer. And I could give him whatever I wanted to.

Wow oh wow these guys are good Very good and very helpful He stayed as long as he needed to get the best sound from the system He taught me how to use it and how to make some changes when going from tv to music These guys are so professional

The TV installation came out really nice the guys were professional.just wish the sales people and geek squad were on same page got charged an extra100 for hiding the wires and setting up a remote the sales people said I would have those included

Once again, this team blew it out of the water. Hooking up my existing soundbar to our new TV set up was an added bonus to an already pleasant experience.

The squad that came to my house we’re the same crew that installed my home theater system. They reprogrammed my remote in literally 3 minutes then walked me through how to do it myself next time.

Everything went off perfectly..techs did a great and speedy job and explained what we needed to know.

These guys are the best, polite, knowledgeable, professional and do whatever they can to please the customer. Well worth using them
