Courteous and prompt. Set everything up quickly. They actually arrived prior to the delivery window. Everything was explained and worked as expected.

Techs arrived on time, knew what to do and set up the sound bar with a TV. Great service, worth the price.

The agents mounted/installed my soundbar without issue. They made sure everything was working appropriately with my TV before leaving. They also instructed me on how to use the soundbar and included remote.

Had Best Buy install small tv on wall in office. No problems. Techs were able to install and hide wall sockets for power and cable to give clean appearance. Took time be sure remote programmed correctly.

have been having problem with initial installation in february have trie several things, but still no success. completely changed all all portions of system and now has been working as desired
