My experience was a disaster and I still don’t have a TV and Sound Bar that work correctly. I have given up and am trying to live with it.......and the money I wasted on this purchase.

Geek Squad guys are the best. Now if they could only straighten out DISH repair guys. They came after Geek and now my Bose audio is off and I hear only TV sound. I can't afford to call you back to fix what they did.

They did a great job! The sound bar wasn't new. They had to attach it with new materials.

Justin did a good job setting things up, but shortly afterwards things went awry. I now have my third call into him and have not received a response. My headphones are no longer functioning.

The 2 agents set up my 2 samsung soundbars for each samsung tv and suround speakers and showed the remotes how they should work

The agents quickly connected the soundbar, explained it operation, made sure it was integrated with the single Samsung remote to control it along with the new smart TV and our DVD player. Great job!
