Geek Squad helped set up a new audio system. The most confusing part of this was learning how to use the remotes and which one controls what. Had to call up a second time when I hit a wrong button. Guys - remember that you see this stuff every day - this was new to me.

Geek squad installer was quick and professional. Answered all of our questions. Will always use the service. As a disabled veteran, I cannot kneel preventing me from installing the unit. I greatly appreciate the service Best Buy provides.

The technology world changes so quickly we try to stay current but the Geek Squad is our fall back professionals. Communicates when they will arrive, what they find the problem to be or how they will install, clear simple instructions on how things will work.

The technicians were very efficient when they came to hook up our sound bar.

I did not hesitate to have the Geek squad connect my turntable and Sonos connect to my existing Sonos system as they know so much more than I do about sound systems. All my questions were answered, and I learned some new things. Highly recommended!

2 Geeks showed up and wih very little time had every thing hooked up and removed all he cartons. Would rate them A++. Would highly recommend them!

Jason, who hooked up the audio correctly, was so polite and knowledgeable that he made the installation easy. We added on remote set-up, which he also accomplished quickly. He showed us how to use all our components. We were super pleased with his service.

The service was great but the sound bar is not a 5 star rating .

I had 2 guys show up and connect the sound system to our TV . I am sure we could have done it but didn't know if it would take more knowledge than we had. We could have done it. Feel the cost for having them come Is to high and I now know we could have done this part.
