Very sharp and courteous Greek Squad. They new what they were doing. Very professional.

The service was great but the sound bar is not a 5 star rating .

Overall ok , there were some issues with soundbar not coming in with tv. Total Connect wasn’t a lot of help either in this instance. I was able to find the fix on google

The Geek squad was very knowledgeable and the installation went very quickly. Very impressed with the time they took to make sure we were very well versed on how the TV worked and all of the extra features we could use.

The Geek Squad representative installed my new TV and the sound bar. Did a good job. The sound bar reverts to off when you turn off the TV or pause a program. Very annoying...

Had an old Sony receiver that was malfunctioning and I thought needed replacement. The tech came in, did some trouble shooting and was able to resolve the problem. Used the money saved to buy a new laptop!

The Best Buy team members took the time to ensure that my sound bar connection to my Smart TV was working well, updated the TV software, and helped me to access my Netflix subscription on TV.

The first sound bar was not working so I had to go back to Best Buy and replace it with a new one. That one is working just fine.

The two guys who installed our new LG 55 inch Smart TV installed the TV, assembled the TV stand which was time consuming, instructed us on how to enjoy using the TV and told us to call if we had any questions!
