Great job setting this sound bar up and testing it for tv and music

The squad came in, worked quickly and efficiently and got the TV mounted and running. A quick tutorial later and we were watching our TV.

Bought a Sony 65” HD LED TV and the 2.1 Sony Sound Bar. Geek Squad set everything up perfectly to the point that the audio is essentially hands free, yet they took the time to show me how to adjust or change settings if I so desire. Great job!

This was the second attempt to get our receiver installed and connected so I knew how to use it. Our Geek Squad man was intent on us understanding all the workings of our system and how the new receiver was integrated.

When they got here , I realized they did not have my sound bar and it was late but after they a few phone calls went back to the store and picked it up. I am very happy with what they did , i would recommend them to anyone!

The technicians did an adequate job hooking up the TV and sound bar but the sound quality is no better than our old TV and sound system. They couldn't give us much advice on how we might improve the sound quality. We're considering adding 2 more speakers.

The guys did a remarkable job with the Audio setup. Measured distances and carefully set gains for all speakers. It was so good, I didn't have to touch it afterward, just sit back and enjoy.

The squad that came to my house we’re the same crew that installed my home theater system. They reprogrammed my remote in literally 3 minutes then walked me through how to do it myself next time.

This was the second time to take missions came out to address issues with the sound bar. It's still failed to function right after they left. Soundbar was also damaged during the visit and I had to purchase a splitter($70.00) to hard wire the sound bar into the television rather than use the Wi-Fi setup.
